Terms of Service

GENERAL
- Keep a respectful communication!
- Please provide me with as much visual references (png/ jpeg/ jpg/ Imgur/ G. Drive) and details of your commissions along with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character,
- Finished work will not be more than 1-2 weeks,
- Whenever an inconvenience occurs, I'll keep you informed for delays,
- All commissioned artworks are meant for personal use only and will be charged extra when it's used for monetary gains (commercial uses);
Streaming/ other commercial use: 2x base price,
Merchandise (prints/ charms/ etc) : 2.5x base price.
- All commissioned artworks are NOT meant for NFT/ AI training related usagePAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- Preferably full payment upfront, however, 50% payment upfront ( to secure the spot + begin work ) and 50% after sketch has been approved by the client works just as fine (just let me know on 'Extra info' in the form)
- No refunds are allowed once work has begun.
-For Local clients, payments can be done via BCA/ Mandiri/ OVO/ Gopay/ ShopeePay
For International clients, payments can be done via Paypal/ VGen/ Ko-fiREVISIONS AND DEADLINES
- Client are able to request revisions at no costs during the sketch stage. All edits/ further revisions will be charged once rendering has begun,
- Delivery time: <1-2 weeks depending on my schedule and character's complexities.COMMUNICATION
